Getting Started
To set up your organization profile as the initial steps of setting up your Asaan Retail account:
Step-1: Log in to the Asaan Retail portal.
Step-2: Hover your cursor to the flyout menu on the left and click the settings icon (3rd from the bottom).
OR you can access Settings by typing Settings in the search bar on the top.
Step-3: Click “Configurations” from the dropdown menu. A new window will appear with 4 tabs - Personal, Company, Configurations, & Integrations.
Setting Up Your Organization Profile
In the second tab - “Company” of the “Setting” screen, you can:
- Add or Edit your company details
- Create new users, define roles for new users, and edit or delete existing users.
- Editing the existing customers allows you to change the status (From active to inactive or vice versa) & roles of existing users.
Let’s discuss how to set up your company profile step-by-step
Step-1: Scroll down and click “Edit Company Details”
Step-2: A pop-up window will appear with the 2 tabs:
- Basic Information
- Other Details
Fields in "Basic Information" Tab | |
Company Name | Name of your company/store |
Phone | Your company's primary contact number |
Your company's email address | |
Company Address | Your company's physical address |
Company Country | Country name (eg: Pakistan) |
Company State | State name (eg: Sindh) |
Company City | City Name (eg: Karachi) |
Company Zipcode | a postal code consisting of five digits |
Miscellaneous Info | Other necessary company's information that you deem important |

Return Policy (No. of days) | Number of days your company is allowing for a parcel return (to be printed on your sales invoices) |
Terms & Conditions | Purchase or Sales terms & conditions (to be printed on your sales invoices) |
Website | Company's Website (to be printed on your sales invoices) |
Company's Facebook page (to be printed on your sales invoices) | |
Company's Whatsapp (to be printed on your sales invoices) | |
Invoice Logo Width | Vertical dimensions of your invoice logo (this is particularly useful to set dimensions of your logo in your printable invoices) |
Invoice Logo Height | Horizontal dimensions of your invoice logo (this is particularly useful to set dimensions of your logo in your printable invoices) |
Currency | The currency for the payments you are dealing in |
Default Service Product | To add any service by default to all of the invoices you create (eg: Delivery Charges, Packaging Fee, etc). |
Step-3: Fill in the fields with relevant data and click “Save Changes”.

You can also add your company’s logo by clicking on the Image Icon at the top (Optional).
Now you are all set to go.
