Access Settings in AR
Asaan Retail’s settings page allows you to configure and manipulate different aspects of your store. You can access the settings in Asaan Retail by following these steps:
Step-1: Log in to the Asaan Retail portal.
Step-2: Hover your cursor to the flyout menu on the left and click the settings icon.
(Or you can access settings by typing settings in the search menu at the top).
You will have 4 tabs in the settings panel. Let’s discuss each tab and its utility in detail
Personal
This tab allows you to edit the details of your Asaan Retail account, including:
- Personal Details including Name, Phone no, (Reply to) Email, CC email, BCC email
- Default Details including Default Location and Default Customer.
- Current Password.
Company
In the second tab - Company, you can:
- Edit your company details
- Create new users, define roles for new users, and edit or delete existing users.
- Editing the existing customers allows you to change the status (From active to inactive or vice versa) & roles of existing users.

Configurations
In the Configurations tab, you can:
- Manage Locations
- Manage Categories
- Manage Variations
- Manage or Print Barcodes
- Set different currencies depending upon your requirements
Integrations
List of Connected accounts
List of Deactivated accounts and all saved integrations
In the last tab - Integrations, you can integrate, activate or deactivate your eCommerce stores and Shipping/Courier partners.
