To apply Filter on your customer record in Asaan Retail:
Step-1: Log in to the Asaan Retail portal.
Step-2: Hover your cursor to the flyout menu on the right > click the Sales tab > Click on the Customers tab from the dropdown menu.
Or you can access Customers by typing Customers in the search bar on the top.
For instance, you have 5 customers listed in a customer profile.
Step-3: To apply Filter, click on the Yellow-colored Filter icon at the top-right corner.
Step 4: In the drop-down menu, you can scroll and add different filters based on:
- Customer Name
- Email Address
- Contact Number
- Balance
- Category
- Status (Active or Inactive)
If you add a filter on Customer Category:
Step 1: Set the desired attribute (like ‘New’ to fetch records of only the customers in ‘New’ category).
Step 2: Click on the Filter button.
We have 2 customers in the ‘New’ Category. The customer profile will start showing records of customers in ‘New’ category.
Similarly, to fetch a record of the customer named Taimoor Ayaz
You will be shown the results as under
To fetch records of customers within a range of particular opening balances like
The results (record of 4 customers with the opening balance from PKR 1995 to 4000) will be shown as under
