Order Search & Filter

To apply Filter on your order record in Asaan Retail:

Step-1: Log in to the Asaan Retail portal.

Step-2: Hover your cursor to the flyout menu on the right > click the Sales tab > Click on the orders tab from the dropdown menu. 

Or you can access orders by typing orders in the search bar on the top.

For instance, you have 2 orders listed in an orders profile.

Step-3: To apply Filter, click on the Yellow-colored Filter icon at the top-right corner.

Step 4: In the drop-down menu, you can scroll and add different filters based on:

• Order ID
• External Order Number
• Tracking ID
• Product (Order containing particular product)
• Customer
• Created By (the name of team member who created a manual order)
• Date (Order created within a particular duration)
• Location (where the order is created or imported)
• Delivery Status
• Payment Status
• Amount (Set range to set the Amount/Cost of orders you want to filter) 
  
  

If you add a filter on order ID:

Step 1: Set the desired attribute (like Order ID 67 to fetch a record of order with order ID 67).

Step 2: Click on the Filter button.

 The order profile will show the order with Order ID 67. 

Similarly, to fetch a record of the order for a particular customer (For instance Salman Javed)

Your order profile will start showing the orders for the customer Salman Javed

Similarly, to fetch records of orders within a particular Amount range.

The results (Record of 1 order having amount 2000. i.e: between a defined range) will be shown as:

Similarly, if a particular attribute is common in more than 1 order and you forget its Order ID, you can apply multiple filters simultaneously to refine your filter results. (Helpful in case you have multiple orders with recurring attributes)

For instance, an order for a customer named Salman Javed, created by Taimoor Ayaz, includes a product T-shirt White.

Your filtered result will be more defined and accurate as:
