You can import Shopify orders in two ways

Manual Import Orders

To import orders from Shopify in Asaan Retail:

Step-1: Log in to the Asaan Retail portal.

Step-2: Hover your cursor to the flyout menu on the left > click the Sales tab > Click on the Orders tab from the dropdown menu.

Step-3: In the new window, click on the More button at the top-right corner of the screen. Then, click Import Orders from the dropdown menu.

Step-4: In the pop-up window, choose your third-party store (for instance, Shopify Store). Then, hit the Import button.

Note: The order(s) will be imported at the current location of the user.

Auto Import Orders

Another seamless way to import orders is to check ‘Auto Import’ options while integrating your marketplace to let Asaan Retail automatically import orders from the marketplace every 15 Minutes. You can also turn this feature active by opening your Shopify store in the integrations panel later.

Once you import your orders from Shopify you can book your orders with Couriers for fulfillment.
