- Bulk Update Delivery Status
- Step-1: Log in to the Asaan Retail portal.
- Step-2: Hover your cursor to the flyout menu on the left > click the Sales tab > Click on the Orders tab from the dropdown menu.
- Step 3: Create a new sales order or import orders from your Shopify, WooCommerce, or Daraz store.
- Step 4: Select the orders (Selective or All) and click on the Bulk Actions button at the top-right corner of the panel.
- Step 5: From the dropdown menu, click on the Update Delivery Status option.
- Step 6: Choose the right Delivery Status as order status can be only changed to the next eligible state.
- Step 7: Click the Update button. Your orders will be updated.
Bulk Update Delivery Status
Step-1: Log in to the Asaan Retail portal.
Step-2: Hover your cursor to the flyout menu on the left > click the Sales tab > Click on the Orders tab from the dropdown menu.
Or you can access Orders by typing Orders in the search bar on the top.
Step 3: Create a new sales order or import orders from your Shopify, WooCommerce, or Daraz store.
Step 4: Select the orders (Selective or All) and click on the Bulk Actions button at the top-right corner of the panel.
Step 5: From the dropdown menu, click on the Update Delivery Status option.
Step 6: Choose the right Delivery Status as order status can be only changed to the next eligible state.
- Voided (canceled) or RTS for Pending Orders
- Shipped for RTS Orders
- Delivery Failed (fulfilled and delivery failed then), or Delivered (fulfilled - delivered) for Shipped Orders
- Restocked for Delivery Failed Orders
- Return Initiated for Delivered Orders
- Partial Returned or Returned for Return Initiated Orders

The information panel reads “2 out of 3 orders will be updated” as the order with Order ID 96 cannot be proceeded for Shipped Status because of the current status set to Pending. The other two will be updated successfully. Similarly, the orders with out-of-stock products cannot be changed to shipped state.
Step 7: Click the Update button. Your orders will be updated.
Note: If the order was placed on any Marketplace (like Daraz) or eCommerce sites (Shopify or Woocommerce) with “Push Fulfillment Status” set to Enabled, then the order status will also be updated on your Daraz, Shopify, or Woocommerce store.
