Bulk Print Shipping Labels

• Step-1: Log in to the Asaan Retail portal.
• Step-2: Hover your cursor to the flyout menu on the left > click the Sales tab > Click on the Orders tab from the dropdown menu. 
• Step 3: Create a new sales order or import orders from your Shopify, WooCommerce, or Daraz store.
• Step 4: A new pop-up window will be opened, make sure to fill and create a new order as per the requirement and then on right bottom, click drop down of Punch and Deliver and click on Punch then.
• Step 5: Now, book your order with the courier directly from the Courier tap or by clicking on "Bulk Actions." and then click on Courier Bookings to book it. Daraz already offers in-built courier services for it's orders.
• Step 6: Now, finally select the order(s) and click on the "Bulk Actions" button at the top-right corner of the panel. Take your cursor to the shipping labels > you will get two options; Print Shipping Labels & Print Shipping Labels with Details.
• Step 7: Upon opening the file from Notifications tab, a new PDF file will open in new window like this. The difference in downloading this print shipping with details is that it's in detailed and enlist two copies; the first one to be signed by the rider, and the other one is to be placed inside the box which enlist the items descriptions.
  
  
  

Bulk Print Shipping Labels

Step 1: Log in to the Asaan Retail portal.

Step 2: Hover your cursor to the flyout menu on the left > click the Sales tab > Click on the Orders tab from the dropdown menu. 

Step 3: Create a new sales order or import orders from your Shopify, WooCommerce, or Daraz store.

Step 4: A new pop-up window will be opened, make sure to fill and create a new order as per the requirement and then on right bottom, click drop down of Punch and Deliver and click on Punch then.

Step 5: Now, book your order with the courier directly from the Courier tap or by clicking on "Bulk Actions." and then click on Courier Bookings to book it. Daraz already offers in-built courier services for it's orders.

OR

Note: After you book your order with the courier, the tracking ID from the courier will be saved automatically in Asaan Retail which can be checked upon clicking on Order ID.

Step 6: Select the order and click on Bulk Actions > Go to Shipping labels; click on it and select 'Print Shipping' or 'Print Shipping Label with Details'.

Step 6A: If you select "Print Shipping label" you will see the shipping label opened in new window tab, which will enlist tracking number, COD, and location, and other info like this one below:

Step 6B: If you select 'Print Shipping Label with Details', a PDF file will be generated to be downloaded in few seconds from Notifications tab like this below.

Step 7: Upon opening the file from Notifications tab, a new PDF file will open in new window like this below.
