  • Step-1: Log in to the Asaan Retail portal.
  • Step-2: Hover your cursor to the flyout menu on the left > click the Sales tab > Click on the Orders tab from the dropdown menu. 
  • Step 3: Create a new sales order or import orders from your Shopify, WooCommerce, or Daraz store.
  • Step 4: Select the order(s) and click on the Bulk Actions button at the top-right corner of the panel.
  • Step 5: Click on the Print Thermal Invoice option from the dropdown menu. Your Thermal Invoice will be generated and opened in the new browser tab. You can print your Thermal Invoice straight away or save it for later.
    
    

Bulk Print Thermal Invoice(s)

Step-1: Log in to the Asaan Retail portal.

Step-2: Hover your cursor to the flyout menu on the left > click the Sales tab > Click on the Orders tab from the dropdown menu. 

Or you can access Orders by typing Orders in the search bar on the top.

Step 3: Create a new sales order or import orders from your Shopify, WooCommerce, or Daraz store.

Step 4: Select the order(s) and click on the Bulk Actions button at the top-right corner of the panel.

Step 5: Click on the Print Thermal Invoice option from the dropdown menu. Your Thermal Invoice will be generated and opened in the new browser tab. You can print your Thermal Invoice straight away or save it for later.

To save your thermal invoice, left-click on your invoice image and click on the “Save as” option.

To print your thermal invoice, left-click on your invoice image and click on the “Print” option > Select your printer > Choose from colored or gray-scale option > Select page size > Click on the Print button at the bottom. You require special-purpose thermal printers to print thermal invoices.
