Overview
Asaan Retail’s personal settings page allows you to set up Personal Details. To add or edit your personal details:
Step-1: Log in to the Asaan Retail portal.
Step-2: Hover your cursor to the flyout menu on the left and click the settings icon.
(Or you can access settings by typing settings in the search menu at the top).
In the window, you will have 4 tabs. In the first Tab “Personal” you can add or edit:
- Personal Details including Name, Phone no, (Reply to) Email, CC email, BCC email
- Default Location and Default Customer.
- Current Password.
How to Set up Personal Details
Step 1: Click on the Edit Personal Details button under the Personal Details section
In the new pop-up window you can add or edit your personal details like:
- Name (Mandatory field)
- Phone Number
- Reply to (Email)
- CC Email
- BCC Email
(You cannot change your primary email address that is registered as your Asaan Retail instance as it serves as the source attribute for your Asaan Retail account).
Step 2: Perform necessary changes, then click the Save Changes button. For instance:
