How to integrate ‘WhatsApp’ with your Asaan Retail account.

Step 1: Click ‘Setting’ > ‘Integration’.

Step 2: Upon receiving confirmation, click on the specific E-commerce store for which the integration is intended.

Step 3: When the ‘Modal window’ appears, choose 'Additional Settings.' Turn on ‘WhatsApp’ channel by toggling the switch to green under 'Action'. Save the 'Configured Settings' to implement the changes.


Step 1: Click ‘Setting’ > ‘Integration’.

Step 1A:

In the ‘Integration’ navigation panel scroll down and click on ‘WhatsApp’.



Step 1B: 

The 'WhatsApp' modal window will open. Input the necessary details such as ‘WhatsApp Name’ and ‘Mobile Number’ and click 'Save’.

Once you save the information, your integration request will be forwarded to 'Asaan Retail’s Support Staff’ for approval. 

Kindly be advised that the approval process may take 1 to 2 working days to complete, and a confirmation email will be sent to you accordingly.

    

Step 2: Upon receiving confirmation, click on the specific E-commerce store for which the integration is intended.

Note: Now you need to configure your integration.






Step 3: When the ‘Modal window’ appears, choose 'Additional Settings.' Turn on ‘WhatsApp’ channel by toggling the switch to green under 'Action'. Save the 'Configured Settings' to implement the changes.
