Overview

In this article we will cover:

How to Create an Account on Daraz Open API?

Step 1: Please go to Daraz Open API and create your account: (https://iopaccount.daraz.com/register)

Step 2: A pop up window will appear, fill in the required credentials to get signed up and create your account.

How to Fetch API Details in Daraz for Integration?

To fetch API details in Daraz:

Step 1: Log in to your Daraz Open API account.

Step 2: On top, you'll see "App Console" click on it.

Step 3: New window will be opened, now click on "Create" > then click on "Create App" from extreme right.

Step 4: In the next screen, enter your App Name, Callback URL and App Logo. For Callback URL kindly enter your Asaan Retail's app URL like this: https://yourstorename.asaanretail.pk/daraz-auth-redirect and then click Submit. Your ERP will be approved by Daraz and you will be informed via your registered email address in the next 3 to 5 working days.

Note: Please write your "store name" in the mentioned Callback URL above.

Step 5: After the approval, go to Daraz Open API account and head over to Documentation > and click on API reference. Select the right Service Endpoint as per your country and copy it.

Step 6: Go back to "App console" and click on Manage. Scroll down to Advanced Information to copy your API Key and API Secret.

How to Connect your Daraz store in Asaan Retail?

Step-1: Log in to the Asaan Retail portal.

Step-2: Hover your cursor to the flyout menu on the left and click the settings icon.

Or you can access settings by typing Settings in the search bar on the top.

Step 3: In the new window, click on the Integrations tab.

Step 4: Scroll down and find the Daraz e-Commerce panel. Click on the Daraz panel.

Step 5: In the pop-up window, enter your mandatory and API details and click on "AUTH"

• Store Nickname - Mandatory
• API Details
  • API URL - Refer to Step 5 above for API URL and enter it here
  • API Secret - Refer to Step 6 above for API Secret and enter it here 
  • API Key - Refer to Step 6 above for API Key and enter it here 

Step 6: After adding all your details and API attributes, click on "Test Connection" and then click on "Save."

Advanced Settings

You can also turn on different Advanced features while integrating your Daraz store, such as:

    1. Push Fulfillment Status to Daraz - To update the order status on Daraz whenever the order status changes in Asaan Retail (only applicable on Pending => RTS)

    2. Take Stock - To take stock from all your Asaan Retail locations or from a specific location         (when stock will be synced)

• Option 1: 'All’ Locations

Use Case - when you want to manage the Daraz products and their respective stocks from all locations/warehouses, regardless of where they are located.

Use Case - when you want to manage the Daraz products and their respective stocks from certain locations/warehouses) -> Multi-select checkbox.

3. Pull Delivery Status from Daraz - To automatically fetch the delivery status from Daraz and update it in Asaan Retail (applicable for ‘Shipped’ and onwards statuses)

4. Sync Stock to Daraz - It helps you automatically sync the inventory levels to Daraz                     after every 15 Minutes.

5. Auto Import Orders from Daraz - To import orders from Daraz to Asaan Retail after                 every 15 Minutes.

• On the selected location after every 15 minutes
• Or, the default location after every 15 minutes

• Update Price on Daraz - To update the price on Daraz Store by making price changes in Asaan Retail.
• On Import, Update Product on Asaan Retail - This feature helps users import products from Daraz, & on finding a similar SKU, the product details (name, price, description, etc.) will be automatically updated on Asaan Retail.

6. Update Price on Daraz - You can manually change the product listings prices on Asaan         retail and it will be updated on your Daraz store as well because of synchronization.

7. On Import, Update product on Asaan Retail - The product that you will import from Daraz or else finding a similar SKU (name, description, price etc.) already placed will be updated automatically as per Daraz store.

8. Customer Category - You can select to map this as per your customer or leave it as default.

9. Fulfilment by Daraz Orders - You can select your destined warehouse location for fulfilling customer orders.

10 Auto Import Products from Daraz - By enabling this, Asaan retail will automatically fetch products (be it newly added, or timely changed as in product variations) will be fetched from your Daraz store at set given time.

11. On Import, Auto-generate missing SKU on Asaan Retail - Upon importing from your store, if an SKU found missing will be updated on Asaan retail as well.
