Tagging Orders

Overview 
You can tag your orders for customized and improved order management as per your requirements or sales model. For example, you can tag orders for different destinations, particular manufacturer’s products, etc. Later, you can filter your orders for different tags. A tag will basically serve as a user-defined attribute of the order that Asaan Retail ceases to offer.

To tag orders in Asaan Retail

Step-1: Log in to the Asaan Retail portal.

Step-2: Hover your cursor to the flyout menu on the left > click the Sales tab > Click on the Orders tab from the dropdown menu. 



Or you can access Orders by typing Orders in the search bar on the top.

Step 3: Create a new sales order or import orders from your Shopify, WooCommerce, or Daraz store. Your order(s) will be listed as:



Step 4: Scroll to the right and click on the “+” icon in front of the order you want to custom tag.



Step 5: In the new pop-up window, click on the + New Tag button.



Step 6: The pop-up will transition to another window. Define your desired tag(s) with different color options to differentiate between multiple tags. Then, click Add.



Step 7: Your tags are defined in the system. Close the pop-up window and click on the “+” icon again.

Step 8: Select the tags you want to add. Then, click the Save button.



Your tags will be applied successfully. You can now also Add Order Filters based on these tags and handle your sales orders more efficiently.



You can also remove your tags by Uncheck > Save. Or edit/delete your tags by clicking on the Edit and Delete options.
