How to confirm orders through WhatsApp, SMS, Email?


Manual Confirmation:

Step 1: Move your cursor to the 'Sales'  in the right sidebar.

Step 2:  Expand the 'Sales' drop down and click on 'Orders'.

Step 3:Check for orders in ‘Pending' status to manually trigger an order confirmation message through WhatsApp, Email or SMS.

Step 4: Now click ‘Confirm Order’, and a modal window will open.


Automated Confirmations:

Step 1: Move your cursor to the 'Settings’ in the right sidebar and click ‘Integrations’.

Step 2: Navigate to the 'Integrations' panel and select the 'E-commerce' platform where automation is intended.

 Step 3: A modal window will open; select 'Additional Settings'. Toggle the switch to green for the specific channel you want to automate order confirmations under ‘Action’. Save the configured settings for the changes to take effect.

On the ‘Confirm Order’ tab:

You can confirm the order with three methods:

SMS, Email, WhatsApp

By default, these SMS, Email, and WhatsApp templates are added to your Asaan Retail web app.



If you have confirmed the order manually or through some other channel, then simply click ‘Click Here’ as shown below.





  1. Automated Confirmations


Step 1: Move your cursor to the 'Settings’ in the right sidebar and click ‘Integrations’.

 

Step 2: Navigate to the 'Integrations' panel and select the 'E-commerce' platform where automation is intended.
