How to integrate the ‘Monty Mobile’ SMS service provider with your Asaan Retail account?
Step 1: Click ‘Setting’ > ‘Integration’.
Step 1A:
In the ‘Integration’ navigation panel, scroll down and click on ‘SMS’.
Note: Currently, Asaan Retail software provides SMS services using ‘Monty Mobile’.
Step 1B:
The ‘Monty Mobile’ modal window will open; now you need ‘Credentials’ for integration.
Step 2: To acquire the necessary 'Credentials,' initiate a new tab, access the 'Monty Mobile’ web app, and sign in to your account.
Step 3: Click Create new ‘Integration’.
Step 4: The ‘API Integration’ window will pop up, fill in the ‘Integration Name’ and click next.
Note: Make sure to click ‘HTTP GET’.
Step 5: In the 'API Integration' features window, choose 'Standard' as the delivery type and click 'Next' to continue.
Step 6: In the 'API Integration' settings window, no modifications are necessary; simply proceed by clicking 'Next'.
Step 7: In the 'API Integration' save integration window, just click 'Finish' to complete the process.
Step 8: In the 'API Integration' save window, copy the 'Access-Token', which is generated after completing the process.
Step 8A:
Now, return to your 'Asaan Retail' tab and paste the 'Access Token'.
Step 8B:
Once more, navigate back to the 'Monty Mobile' tab, and scroll down to the 'APIs' section to copy the 'API Key'.
Step 8C:
Once again, go back to the 'Asaan Retail' tab and paste the 'API Key'.
Step 8D:
Once more, return to the 'Monty Mobile' tab, scroll up, and click 'Test Integration' to obtain additional information.
Step 8E:
Within the 'Test Integration' window, utilize the dropdown menu to select the name of the 'integration' you previously created.
Note: You can find all the integration details right on the screen.
Retrieve the 'Username' from the section below, as illustrated in the accompanying screenshot:
In this instance, Username=AsaanRSC (copy the 'username' before the '&').
Paste the ‘username’ on your Asaan Retail tab.
Obtain the 'Sender ID' from the section below, as demonstrated in the provided screenshot.
Paste the obtained 'Sender ID' on your Asaan Retail tab.
Step 8F:
Now, complete the remaining fields with the necessary information, including 'SMS Carrier Name' and 'Mobile Number,' and then save the settings.
Note: Ensure to use the same mobile number, which is linked with 'Monty Mobile'.
