How to integrate and ship order with Smartlane?


Courier integration in Asaan Retail helps you automate your order fulfillment process and push delivery status to your Shopify or WooCommerce marketplace (if Order Status Sync is enabled). Integrating courier service with your Asaan Retail platform ensures smooth and hassle-free sales cycles without manually changing the order status in Asaan Retail or different sales fronts.

Some of the significant features and use cases of integrating courier with your Asaan Retail account include:

  • Keep order statuses synced on Shopify or Woocommerce stores.

  • Send SMS and email updates of order status to customers.

  • Reconcile payments and finances with the courier.

  • Track order status

  • Bulk booking with Couriers

  • Print shipping labels & invoices in bulk



Step 1: Click ‘Setting’ > ‘Integration’.

Step 1A:


In the ‘Integration’ navigation panel scroll down and click on ‘Smart lane’.



Step 1B:


The ‘Smart lane’ modal window will open; you need ‘Credentials’ for integration.




Step 2: To acquire the necessary 'Credentials,' contact the courier POC number provided in the registration process.


Note: POC is provided by the ‘Courier Service’.


Step 3: Now, return to your 'Asaan Retail' tab and fill in the credential. 





Step3A: 'Bearer Token’, ‘Store Warehouse Code’ provided by POC.



    


Step 3B: Now, scroll down and fill in ‘Advance’ information.


 


Note: You need to switch on the toggle.


Auto Sync Fulfilment Status from Smart Lane toggle: Switch on for instant delivery updates. Asaan Retail synchronizes with PostEx to keep your order status current.

Set Product Details in Remarks Field: Add specifics in Remarks to highlight unique product details.

Default Weight toggle: Adjust Default Weight for your product's minimum weight (usually '0.5' kg).

Set Product Details on Shipping Label: Specify what to print on your shipping label.

Default Note: Include specific remarks on your shipping label.


Step 4: Click ‘Test Connection’ and then click ‘Save’.
