However, to further strengthen the efficiency of your Sales Development Representatives and efficiently leverage different use cases, your business needs access to insightful data and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) linked with sales, order fulfillment, inventory, products, finances, etc.
Asaan Retail Order Status Widget
Asaan Retail’s reporting dashboard offers an interactive Order Status Widget. You can easily monitor, filter, and track your order’s statuses for a quick overview of your order fulfillment history without going deeper into further menus and options.
For instance, you can apply filters on your order status widget to get orders history and status that focus mainly on a specific time frame and fetch data from the system for insights into order status KPIs during the defined time duration.
Here’s how your order status widget appears on Asaan Retail’s interactive dashboard:
Just under the pie chart of the order status widget, you can have a breakdown of orders based on their status including:
Delivery Status: | |
Pending | Number of orders waiting to be processed |
Ready To Ship (RTS) | Number of orders ready to leave the warehouse. |
Shipped | Number of orders left the warehouse for destination and handed over to the courier company. |
Delivered | Number of orders delivered/reached the destination. |
Return Initiated | Intermediate state where ‘delivered’ orders are marked as return initiated until the seller receives those orders back. |
Partial Returned | Number of orders returned partially. |
Returned | Number of orders returned utterly. |
Delivery Failed | Number of orders failed to deliver successfully (For different reasons like doorstep rejections, customers not responding, etc). |
Restocked | Number of orders returned and restocked to the warehouse after delivery failed. |
Voided | Number of orders canceled before further processing. |
If you hover your cursor on the green portion of the pie chart, it will turn violet and show the number of orders with “delivered” status. For instance, the screen below shows 33 orders delivered successfully out of 80 orders.
Asaan Retail Order Status Widget - Filters
You can get order status KPIs for different inventory locations using the Locations filter at the top.
You can also add other filters to your order status KPIs based on the particular time frame.

Today | Fetch report of orders placed on the current day |
Yesterday | Fetch report of orders placed on one day prior to the current day |
Last 30 Days | Fetch report of orders placed over the course of last 30 days |
Last 90 Days | Fetch report of orders placed over the course of last 90 days |
Last 6 Months | Fetch report of orders placed over the course of last 6 months |
Last 12 Months | Fetch report of orders placed over the course of last 12 months, |
For instance, if you want to view order status insights for yesterday, simply select “Yesterday” from the dropdown menu at the top-right corner of the order status widget. You will get the KPIs of orders placed on the day prior to the current day.
You will notice the change in the order status. If you want to determine the change in the number of orders and order status KPIs, simply hover your cursor on the designated color portion of the pie chart (A key to the color themes is given below with order status breakdown).
For instance, on the screen above, You will notice the number of delivered orders reduced from 33 to 7 when the filter is set to “Yesterday”.
