Fetch Daraz Payments

• How to Fetch Payments from Daraz?
  • Step-1: Log in to the Asaan Retail portal.
  • Step-2: Hover your cursor to the flyout menu on the left and click the ‘Sales’ tab. Then, click ‘Orders’ from the dropdown menu.
  • Step 3: In the new window like the one below, click on the ‘More’ button at the top right corner of the screen. From the dropdown menu, click ‘Fetch Daraz Payments’.
  • Step 4: In the pop-up window, give the following details:

How to Fetch Payments from Daraz?

To fetch order payments from Daraz in Asaan Retail:

Step-1: Log in to the Asaan Retail portal.

Step-2: Hover your cursor to the flyout menu on the left and click the ‘Sales’ tab. Then, click ‘Orders’ from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: In the new window like the one below, click on the ‘More’ button at the top right corner of the screen. From the dropdown menu, click ‘Fetch Daraz Payments’.

Step 4: In the pop-up window, give the following details:

• Daraz Store (The name of your Daraz store you want to fetch payments from)
• Payment Cycle (showing the duration of 7 days payment cycle) 
• The Receiving Account (specify the Chart of Account where you want to post the ‘7’ days 
  Daraz payment cycle). 
• Payment Mode (You can choose from cash, cheque, card, or online)
   

Step 5: Click the ‘Fetch’ button.

Payments Reconciliation

After fetching payments from Daraz, you will be able to download complete ‘7-days payment cycle’ report from notifications. Click on ‘here’ button to download the report.

From the report, you will get a complete ‘breakdown’ of the payments received from Daraz such as,

1. Item price
2. Shipping charges, etc

And the expenses charged by Daraz such as,

1. Payment fee
2. Commission, etc

Note: If you selected the ‘Receiving Account’ whilst fetching the payments, your payments and expenses will be posted to that chart of account. In the following example, we selected a chart of the account named: ‘Bank - UBL Regalos’
