How to manually generate an order picklist?

Step 1: Move the cursor over the 'Sales' dropdown on the screen's right sidebar.



Step 2: Expand the 'Sale' dropdown and click on 'Orders'



Step 3: Navigate to the 'Orders' section to display all orders on the screen. Choose the checkboxes next to the desired orders for pick list creation.


Step 4: Open the 'Bulk Actions' dropdown menu on the screen's left side.



Step 5: Select 'Print Pick List' from the 'Bulk Actions' dropdown menu.


Step 6: The print screen will open in a new tab.



              SKU MR015: 

  • ‘AR Order No’ this is the unique identification number assigned to a specific order by ‘Asaan Retail’.

  • ‘External Order No’ this refers to the order number sourced from an integrated account, such as Daraz or Shopify.

  • SKU MR015 Product has 4 ‘Orders’. 

  • From location ‘Multan’.

  • Location quantity tells that this specific location has 696 ‘Quantities’ of this product.

  • Each has 1 ‘Order Quantity’.

  •  A total of 4 ‘Product Quantities’.



Step 7: The Order will be marked ‘Picked’.

Note

You can also filter the ‘Fulfillment Status’ as ‘Picked’ by selecting the ‘Picked’ check box from the filter menu. 



You can also filter out the ‘Picked Orders’ from the filter menu by scrolling to the ‘Picked Range’ filter and selecting the desired day/time range.
