How to Scan and Dispatch Items from a Warehouse?
Step 1: Move the cursor over 'Sales', located on the right sidebar of the screen.
Step 2: Expand the 'Sales' menu and click 'Orders'.
Step 3: Click the 'Scan and Dispatch' option within the 'More' dropdown menu.
Step 4: Access the 'Scan' screen in a new tab.
Step 5: Scan the ‘Tracking Number’ from the printed shipping label to mark the order as 'Dispatched'.

Step 6: The time stamp will be on the order screen for the respective order.

Note:
You can also filter the ‘Fulfillment Status’ as ‘Dispatched’ by selecting the ‘Dispatched’ check box from the filter menu.
You can also filter out the ‘Dispatched Orders’ from the filter menu by scrolling to the ‘Dispatched Range’ and selecting the desired day/time range.
