How to Scan and Pack Items?

Step 1: Move the cursor over the 'Sales' dropdown on the screen's right sidebar.

Step 2: Expand the 'Sales' dropdown and click on 'Orders'.

Step 3: Choose the 'Scan and Pack' option from the 'More' dropdown menu.

Step 4: Access the 'Scan' screen in a new tab.

Step 5: Scan the ‘Tracking Number’ or ‘Order Number’ from the printed ‘Shipping Label’.

Step 6: The respective order's day/time of picking will be recorded on the order screen.

Note:

For efficient order management, utilize the filtration menu to filter 'Packed' orders. Scroll down to the ‘Packed Range’ filter, and select the preferred date/time range to filter orders.

You can also filter the ‘Fulfillment Status’ as ‘Packed’ by selecting the ‘Packed’ check box from the filter menu.
